Service Description
Celebrate your special day with our Birthday at the Barn experience! Enjoy a private, six-hour celebration surrounded by our friendly horses in a safe and welcoming setting. Your package includes one horse and one dedicated helper for up to two hours to assist with the horse portion of the party. It’s a memorable barn celebration for your child, family, and friends
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required before your Birthday at the Barn booking is confirmed. Your requested date and time are not reserved until payment has been received. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a Birthday at the Barn experience. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. If A Horse Experience needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather, horse safety, animal health, or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
